Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Deposit of a minimum of $100 or the full amount is requried upon full confirmation and is Non-refundable but transferable or exchangeable with other products. (When purchase in store)
  • Balance to be fully paid upon installation on the same day.
  • All goods remains the property of Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd until full payment are made.
  • If balance payment not received within 7 days after installation, interest of $25 will be charged for every 7 days over-due. Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove the products without any further notice if balance payment not received within 30 days after the installation, Owners are still required to pay 50% of the full amount with interest incurred.
  • Goods sold are not refundable or returnable unless it is disallowed through legislation.
  • Product colour may vary from different batch, and actual colour may differ from sample.
  • All orders are based on Terms and Conditions written in this invoice and it is owner responsibility to check
  • If our installers have arrived at the owner premises and installation is unable to commence due to ANY unforeseen situations that is not installer’s faults, there will be a $30 per trip charge for transportation.
  • $30 charges will be incurred for last minute rescheduling of installation work with less than 24hrs notice.
  • Once the installation is done at the position agreeed by the customer/customer family member/owner representatives, for any change of position, there will be an additional $50 charge if installer are still in the premise or $80 if required to return for re-installation.
  • Our installers will leave the owner premises after installation done, we will not responsible for any damages caused by other contractors, owner or anyone.
  • Owners or any appointed representatives by owners should be around during the installation. We will not responsible if any physical damage caused or any missing valuables during the installation period.
