IMPORTANT
Please ensure your shipping address is the address for installation, if our installers arrived the address indicated in your shipping address but is not the actual address for installation, we will charge $30 for transportation for travelling to the actual address for the installation. (We will waive the additional transportation charges if the installation address is within 1 km from the shipping address).

DELAY IN INSTALLATION
Last minutes change of installation date (less than 24hrs) will incurred charges of $50.

If your place is not ready for installation, do keep us posted. We can hold your order up to 2 months from the date of purchase. However, we have to declare it delivered before the deadline of delivery given by Shopee, a copy of the invoice stating the order pending delivery & installation will be send to you via WhatsApp as confirmation.

(Warranty)

Automated laundry rack come with 2 years on-site warranty on body parts (except Remote controller),
5 years warranty on motor. (InvisRack is 2 years warranty)

*Free professional installation on concrete ceiling below 3m, wire connect to existing lighting point.

*Surcharge of $150 for false ceiling reinforcement & patching (excluding painting).

*Ceiling height exceed 3m required brackets to lowered, brackets cost between $150 – $180 depending on ceiling height.

*$50 surcharge if connect to nearest power point using 3 pins plug, wire limit @ 2m, additional $10 for every meter thereafter.

*Surcharge of $50 if install on aircon ledge (Required to deploy 2 installers and wear safety harness as per MOM regulations).

– Free on-site survey
– $20 for dismantle of existing laundry rack.
– $20 if required to removed existing anchored bolts on ceiling
– $30 for disposal of existing laundry rack
