TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment & Deposits
- Deposit: A minimum deposit of $100 or the full invoice amount is required to confirm an order. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred or exchanged for other products (applicable to in-store purchases only).
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of installation on the same day.
- Retention of Title: All goods remain the property of Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd until full payment has been received.
- Late Payment & Default
- Interest Charges: If the balance is not settled within 7 days post-installation, an administrative interest fee of $25 will be applied for every 7-day period the payment remains overdue.
- Repossession: Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove installed products without further notice if the balance remains unpaid for 30 days. In the event of repossession, the customer remains liable for 50% of the total invoice amount plus all accrued interest.
- Returns & Product Variance
- Refunds: Goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable unless required by prevailing legislation.
- Batch Variance: Please note that product colours may vary between production batches. Actual product colours may differ slightly from showroom samples or digital displays.
- Installation & Site Requirements
- Site Readiness: If installers arrive and are unable to commence work due to unforeseen circumstances not caused by the installer, a $50 transportation fee per trip will apply.
- Rescheduling: A fee of $50 will be incurred for any rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Positioning: Once installation is completed at the position agreed upon by the customer or their representative, any request to change the position will incur an additional charge:
- $80 if the installer is still on-site.
- $100 if a return visit is required.
- Liability: Owners or appointed representatives must be present during installation. Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd is not liable for any missing valuables or physical damage occurring during the installation period, nor for any damages caused by third-party contractors or the owner after our installers have left the premises.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- Coverage Periods
- Manual / Smart Automated Laundry Racks: 1-year on-site warranty against manufacturing defects (from date of delivery/installation).
- SkyLift Automated Racks: 2-year on-site warranty on all body parts; 5-year warranty on the motor (from date of delivery/installation).
- Remote Controllers: All remote units carry a 1-month warranty.
- Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is rendered void under the following conditions:
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized alterations/modifications.
- Repairs attempted by third parties without prior written consent from Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd.
- Damage caused by household pests, fire, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, or electrical irregularities (e.g., abnormal voltage/generator use).
- Self-installation: No warranty coverage is provided for products not installed by our authorized team.
- Claims & Service
- Proof of Purchase: The original receipt, invoice, or delivery order must be presented to validate the warranty.
- Post-Warranty Charges: Customers are liable for all transportation and labour costs after the on-site warranty period expires or if the fault is determined to be caused by misuse.
- Territory: Warranty is valid only within the Republic of Singapore.
