TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Deposit of a minimum of $100 or the full amount is required upon full confirmation and is Non-refundable but transferable or exchangeable with other products. (When purchased in store)
  • Balance to be fully paid upon installation on the same day.
  • All goods remains the property of Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd until full payment is made.
  • If balance payment is not received within 7 days after the installation, interest of $25 will be charged for every 7 days over-due. Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove the products without any further notice if balance payment is not received within 30 days after the installation. Owners are still required to pay 50% of the full amount with interest incurred.
  • Goods sold are not refundable or returnable unless it is disallowed through legislation.
  • Products colour may vary from different batch to batch and actual colour may differ from sample.
  • All orders are based on Terms and Conditions written in this invoice and it is owner responsibility to check.
  • If the installers have arrived at owner premises and installation is unable to commence due to ANY unforeseen situations that is not installer’s fault, there will be a $50 per trip charge for transportation.
  • $50 charges will be incurred for last minute rescheduling of installation work with less than 24hrs notice.
  • Once the installation is done at the position agreed by the customer/customer family member/owner representatives, for any change of position, there will be an additional $80 charge if installer still in the premises or $100 if required to return for re-installation.
  • Our installers will leave the owner premises after installation is done and will not be responsible for any damages caused by other contractors, owner or anyone.
  • Owners or any appointed representatives of owner should be around during the installation. We will not be responsible for any physical damage or any missing valuables during the installation period.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • All Manual Laundry Rack comes with 12 months on-site warranty against defective material and manufacturing defects (From the date of delivery / Installation).
  • All Smart Automated Ceiling Rack comes with 2 years on-site warranty on body parts (Excluding Remote Controller) and 5 years warranty on motor. (From the date of delivery / Installation).
  • Automated Winch Rack and InvisRack comes with 2 years on-site warranty on all parts. (Excluding Remote Controller)
  • The warranty does not cover repair or replacement of parts damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, parts dismantled, alteration and modification in any way or repairs done by any third party without the prior consent of Beyond Essentials Pte Ltd.
  • Cost of transportation to be paid by owner after 12/24 months of warranty or any faults caused by misuse.
  • The original receipt/invoices/delivery order must be produced as proof of delivery/installation date.
  • This warranty is deemed void if the defect is caused by the attack of household pests, fire, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage or the usage of generator.
  • No warranty coverage for self-installation.
  • The warranty is valid in Singapore only.

Warranty only valid if registered @www.oikia.sg within 7 days from the date of installation.
